When I came out as gay (I was 12 at the time) I only told my best friend. He was fine with it. He supported me mentally and emotionally. I have told probably about my whole school and I haven’t gotten bullied too much but I’m glad I came out. I feel more open and I can finally act the way I want to without knowing I’ll be judged differently.
