When I came out to my mom I wasn’t that nervous because I thought she wouldn’t care but she said I was too young to know (I’m 14). Then a week later we saw a movie and two girls kissed and she said, “The girl-kissing-girl thing grosses me out a bit,” then said, “Oh, but aren’t you gay?” Then she told my aunts and my brother, which was annoying, and is making me tell my sister even though I’m not ready. And she keeps trying to talk to me about it so now it’s really awkward between us.
