When I came out, I was terrified. I left a note for my sister in her closet for her to see when she was getting dressed in the morning (good idea, right?). At 11:30 on the dot, I get a text from her and my heart drops. I unlock my phone and all she said was, “I love you.” I was so happy to have a family member be so accepting, it makes it much less scary, so I will be telling my mom tomorrow.
