When I came out just a few weeks ago I told it to my best friend. At first she thought I’d make a joke but when I reassured that I was serious she reacted very well. She told me that it is no problem for her. Now she’s supporting me and I think it was a good decision to tell her that I’m gay because our friendship has become deeper through that.
