When I came out to my friends at school, we had English. My friend and I were laughing at something my teacher said. So she said, “Come on, sit up straight.” My friend did, but I didn’t. My reply was, “I can’t, I’m lesbian.” Everyone was silent, but after class, everyone said they still liked me and it wouldn’t change a thing. The only people I have to come out to is my family. But I’m sure they’ll be supportive.
