When I came out, I was 15 in the 10th grade. My two dads were really supportive but my grandparents were fumed. I decided to keep a low profile until I graduated high school and moved to my dream state: Michigan. Now, life is easy and I’m married to a funny and smart man. We are expecting children from the adoption center. Don’t let other people’s words bring you down; be yourself and crush those barriers.
