When I came out to my mother, we were just talking in the living room. She started talking about which one of us (me or my sister) would get kids first. She said I would and I would say no. My mother then asked, “Are you gay?” in a joking way. I said yes and she thought I was joking. We talked about it and she will support me. When I was asleep that night my mother told my sister and she also said that it’s okay. (M/14/Gay)
