When I came out, it was first just to my friends. They were really cool about it, and more than one has come out since to me. About a year later, I told my family, who were all much the same in their response. In fact, when I told my mom, she laughed and told me that she’d had a girlfriend in college. I guess I didn’t need to worry nearly as much as I had! (F/14/Bisexual)
