When I came out, it was a lot easier than I expected. I was at work, and one of my coworkers — who had already disclosed she had a gay brother — popped the question. She asked it subtly, and I just replied. It’s so funny because I never expected someone I didn’t know very well to be the first one I came out to. Anyway, I am waiting to tell my family until I graduate high school. Wish me luck!
